Susan Buret is a visual artist living and working in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia. She has exhibited in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in Australia and in Boston and North Carolina in the United States. Winner of the 2008 Pine Rivers Art Award and the Conrad Jupiter’s Art Prize 2006, Buret has also been a finalist in several national Art Competitions including the Blake Prize and the Churchie National Emerging Artists Competition. In 2008 and 2010, she was Artist in residence at Bundanon the former residence of renowned Australian Artist Arthur Boyd and, in 2009, at the Ragdale Foundation, Chicago. Buret’s work is held in public and private collections in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
